Day 1: Paro to Thimphu
Arrival at Paro Airport (PBH) and scenic drive to Thimphu.Check-in and visit the magnificent Tashichho Dzong (Government seat). (Overnight: Thimphu)
Day 2: Thimphu Exploration
View the city from the Buddha Dordenma statue and visit the National Memorial Chorten.Immerse in Bhutanese arts at the Zorig Chusum (Painting School) and stroll through the Centenary Farmers Market. (Overnight: Thimphu)
Day 3: Thimphu to Punakha
Cross the Dochula Pass (3,100m) with a stop to admire the 108 Chortens and Himalayan views.Explore the stunning Punakha Dzong, located at the confluence of two major rivers. (Overnight: Punakha)
Day 4: Punakha & Valley Excursion
Take a short, iconic walk through rice fields to the Chimi Lhakhang (Fertility Temple).Optional: Full-day drive to Phobjikha Valley and visit Gangtey Monastery (home to Black-necked Cranes in winter). (Overnight: Punakha)
Day 5: Punakha to Paro
Drive back towards Paro, enjoying the mountain scenery and making stops along the way.Visit Paro Rinpung Dzong and take a scenic walk across the traditional wooden cantilever bridge. (Overnight: Paro)
Day 6: Paro – Ultimate Hike
The essential all-day trek to Taktsang Monastery (Tiger’s Nest), an iconic and sacred pilgrimage site.After the trek, visit the ancient Kyichu Lhakhang, one of Bhutan’s oldest temples. (Overnight: Paro)
Day 7 : Departure
Enjoy a final Bhutanese breakfast at your hotel.Transfer to Paro International Airport for your scheduled departure.
